Semen doses are packed in protective payload tray. The tray incorporates an heat exchange hole and is stored above the foam brick cold pack to enhance the slow heat exchange and maximize sperm survival.
The tray and foam brick are stored in a dense styrofoam box with a fitted load to further enhance the protective value of the shipper.
